At iKids Montessori Academy we strive to deliver unique, stimulating learning experiences in a safe environment that enhance children’s physical, social-emotional, creative and intellectual development. Our program combines both the Montessori pedagogy and play-based learning model serving students in Richmond Hill, Markham, and more areas around GTA.

iKids Montessori Academy profoundly believes that all children are competent, capable, curious and rich in potential. At iKids, we recognize that the first six years of a child’s life are the most formative where the child’s physical, social and emotional development begin to form strong connections. It is our desire to ensure that each and every child in our care is successful by fostering these areas in their daily experiences.

Each week our team of educators plan and implement child-initiated and adult-supported experiences. Our teachers include Certified Montessori Educators and Registered Early Childhood Educators, who aim to inspire children to make their own choices and collaborate in activities throughout the day.

In our classes we offer freedom of choice, within limits; children learn and create their individuality through purposeful activity. Our goal is for each child to be successful in reaching their full potential in all areas of life. We will guide and nurture them to find joy in learning and support them in building self-esteem and a strong sense of purpose that will last a lifetime.
